By placing an order on the Odeon Entertainment website you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions set out below:

1. About Odeon Entertainment

Odeon Entertainment, whose registered office is at Unit 14, Midland Court, Central Park, Lutterworth, Leicestershire, LE17 4PN was founded in November 2003. Our objective is to deliver the best quality, service and range of pre-recorded and individual  screen entertainment in whatever way suits our customers best.

2. Acceptance of Order

Any order for goods placed by you constitutes an offer to buy those goods at the price shown. Such an offer shall be deemed made to Odeon Entertainment Ltd who may accept your entire order; or part of your order. An e-mail will be sent to you confirming your order, but the offer constituted by your order is not accepted until either (i) a further e-mail is sent to you confirming that the goods have been dispatched or are due to be dispatched, or (ii) the goods are dispatched to you (whichever is the earlier). There is no contract between you and Odeon Entertainment Ltd until either of (i) or (ii) above has occurred. When at least one of (i) and (ii) above has occurred, there will be a contract between you and Odeon Entertainment Ltd. If (i) or (ii) above has occurred in respect of some only of the goods you ordered, then there shall be a contract only in respect of those goods.

3. Delivery of Goods

Please allow up to 28 days for goods to be delivered this is to allow for any out of stock situations. However, goods will normally be dispatched within 7 days.

4. Proof of Age

If you are ordering titles which are classified as 18, without a credit card, then you must confirm that you are age 18 or over, in order for us to comply with the law. If you are paying by credit card then you warrant that it is your own credit card.

5. Price Guarantee

The prices shown on the site have already been discounted, so (provided your order has been accepted as set out above), the price you see on this site when you place your order is the price you pay. Where applicable, the recommended retail price is displayed on this website with a slash through it. All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling. However, price and availability information are subject to change without notice, so please check the price at the time of ordering. Occasionally, incorrect prices may be shown on this website in error. If an error is discovered before the goods are dispatched, you will be contacted and offered the opportunity to order the goods at the correct price.

6. VAT

Value Added Tax (VAT) is charged on most goods and services sold in the European Union. Where applicable, VAT is included in our prices for DVD. In line with our single price policy, there are no surcharges to overseas customers nor do we credit any local taxes. The price you see on this site at the time you place your order is the price you pay. There is no charge for postage on orders £18 and over for delivery within the UK.

7. Canceling Your Order

You have the right to cancel your order by giving notice in writing within 7 working days after receipt of the goods. All goods must be returned to us within 30 days of cancellation, and your account will then be credited immediately. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless the item was delivered to you in error or was faulty. However, if the goods have not been returned to us within 30 days, we may charge a fee to collect the goods from you. This fee will be deducted from the refund.

8. Privacy Policy

By registering to use this site, you consent to our using and processing your details as described in this Privacy Policy. Any query regarding privacy matters should be directed to info@odeonent.co.uk 

We hold the following information about you on our database for the purpose of processing your order, following up any queries and dispatching your order - name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, alternative delivery address details, credit and/or debit card type, number, expiry date and (in the case of debit cards) issue number. This information is collected from any correspondence received from you, and from information submitted by you on the order form, by telephone, or by email.

We will from time to time e-mail you details of particular promotions or of new additions to our or web-site. You can ask us not to e-mail you with this information in the future by replying to any email with the word UNREGISTER in the subject line.

We will not pass your details or any personal information about you to any other organization except for the purpose of administration and providing goods and services to you. From time to time we may employ a third party to send out e-mail campaigns and to use cookies and pixel tags; we may disclose your details to them for this purpose only. 

9. Registration & Login

If you are a first time visitor to our site, you must register your details and choose a password so that you will be recognised on subsequent visits. You first need to click on the 'Please Login' icon on the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, and then complete all fields of the New Customer Login section by using the TAB key to move from line to line. When registration is complete, you will receive an email confirming your login address and password, which you will need to keep in a safe place for future reference. The first time you login to Odeon Entertainment Ltd, you will receive a Cookie. For more information about Cookies, please see below. This means that on subsequent visits, we will immediately recognise your browser, and you will automatically be logged in. You must be logged in before you can change your account details, delivery addresses, and place or track an order, and we therefore recommend that this procedure be done at the start of the visit if you have turned your Cookie off. Should you forget or mislay your password, you can ask us to remind you what it is. You will be asked to confirm your email address (please ensure that this is the same as the one in your Account Details section), and this information will be automatically be checked against your details kept on file. Your password will then be emailed to you so that you can complete the login procedure. Once you have successfully logged in, a new tab will appear on the top navigation bar called 'My Account'. By clicking this tab, you will be able to change any section of your account details and track any orders that you may have placed. If you share your computer with other people, it is advisable that you log out at the end of each session on our site.

10. Cookies

When you enter a web site that is cookie-enabled like this Odeon Entertainment Ltd website, you are asked to fill out a form providing such information as your name and address in order to complete the buying process. This information will be packaged into a cookie and sent to a selected area of your hard disk by your web browser for later use, usually c:\\windows\cookies. This is in the form of a small text file that contains a unique ID number that our server will recognise. You will obtain an Odeon Entertainment cookie the first time you visit our site and update your details. Odeon Entertainment Ltd, nor any person connected with it accepts any liability for any inaccuracy or incompleteness in the material content of this website. All such liability is excluded by Odeon Entertainment Ltd and all persons and companies connected with it. Before relying on any of such material, you should seek confirmation in writing from Odeon Entertainment concerning its accuracy and completeness.

12. Returns/Refunds - Own Purchase or Purchased for a Gift

Own: Should you receive a product in poor or damaged condition or you receive the wrong product you can return the goods within 28 days provided you have the Delivery Note received with the goods.  Refunds will be made to the card which was used to pay for the goods. Your use of this website and any purchase by you on this website of any products will be governed by English Law and, to the extent that your order is accepted and fulfilled by Odeon Entertainment Ltd, will be deemed to have occurred in the United Kingdom.
